Rising French artist Nathan Zanagar unveils his most ambitious work to date with the release of La Grande Salle, a five-track EP that spans genre, language, and emotional terrain.
Already praised by tastemakers like Didier Varrod (Radio France) and Antoine Dabrowski (Tsugi Radio), the EP marks a bold new chapter in Zanagar’s career.
“The boy clearly knows how to write songs… I’m still not fully recovered from his voice.” — Antoine Dabrowski, Tsugi Radio
From the electric pulse of “In My Head” to the aching vulnerability of “EDA”, an ode to the rare theme of friendship accompanied by a powerful self-directed video, Zanagar leaves no stone unturned. He collaborated with writer Yasmina Reza on the title track and artist Valentin Marso on the emotionally charged “Occupe Toi”, showcasing a depth of vision well beyond his years.
Each of the five songs is a standalone world, yet together they form a cohesive and deeply personal statement. La Grande Salle invites listeners into a space of reflection, joy, and liberation — both on the dance floor and in solitude.
“These are the most unapologetic songs I’ve ever made. I wanted to push everything further: the emotions, the stories, the sound. This is me, entirely.” — Nathan Zanagar
From explorations of identity and sensuality to raw confessions and bursts of imagination, La Grande Salle is as unpredictable as it is unforgettable.
Nathan has been singing since the age of 3, and whether in French or English, his voice is unmistakable, expressive, daring, and always real. Described as delivering lyrics “like an arrow,” his performances have already lit up stages across Paris, London, New York, Copenhagen, and even the Philippines.
A singer, songwriter, director, and dancer — Zanagar fully directed all four music videos from the EP himself. His artistry extends beyond the studio; when he’s not making music, he’s often planting trees — a nod to the grounded, thoughtful soul behind the mic.
