Ageless Beauty for The Buff’s Birthday Bash!

Getting older and still looking fantastic is the marvel of modern beauty and aesthetics; and The Buff Day Spa in Dublin 2 is a case in point.

The luxurious day-spa on South King Street is celebrating twenty years in business in December.  And, while treatments have changed pretty radically in two decades, the professionalism and care at this calm and welcoming city-centre haven has never altered.

Owner, Eileen Fleming, says the industry is as innovative and rewarding as ever, and that delighted customers make it all worthwhile.

“From day-one, The Buff was conceived as a soothing haven, where the very best natural and technologically-advanced beauty solutions would enhance our customers lives and wellbeing.  And, I am delighted to say that this award-winning formula has not changed.”

On Thursday December 1st next, The Buff’s twentieth birthday celebrations kick-off with a fantastic day-long sale of five of the spa’s top treatments, at 2002 prices.

Customers will be able to shop in the Spa and online between 10.00am and 7.00pm for these massively discounted treatment vouchers that can be used up until 28th February, 2023.

In the last twenty years, medi-spa facial and body treatments have been amazingly developed, according to Eileen Fleming.  This has driven huge demand for highly-effective hi-tech contouring and anti-aging procedures like Venus Freeze and HydraFacial patented technology.

“There is also more emphasis on skincare and deep cleansing, with our treatment products being more environmentally conscious and sustainable too.  The focus on protecting skin naturally sees functional product that is certified vegan and free from artificial colours and fragrances, as well as from chemicals like mineral oils, parabens and microplastics”.

To mark the day-spa’s focus on natural beauty and sustainable beauty brands, The Buff is also planting twenty Irish Oak trees to mark its twenty-year milestone in business.

Men are also more open to skincare and body treatments since the early noughties too, the popular spa owner says, and it’s much more common for couples to have treatments together.

In the early years, bookings tended to be for half-hour or hour-long beauty treatments, whereas, over time, spa packages gained in popularity.  A half-day or full-day of relaxing rejuvenation is now more common, Eileen Fleming says of current trends in beauty care.

Clients are also more open to having a spa experience at home, purchasing Voya candles for bath time, using spa treatment creams and body exfoliants, and aromatherapy-based bath oils and shower gels.

As well as the great 2002 Voucher Sale, 20th birthday celebrations at The Buff include discounted luxury spa packages throughout December, to rejuvenate and soothe.  So, customers are advised to check online and subscribe to the newsletter for the latest deals.
