With just over five weeks to go, Ireland’s newest music and arts festival Beyond the Pale today reveals details of its Wellness programme – featuring massages in the forest, outdoor sauna, yoga, breathworks, meditation, talks, deep sound experiences and more over the course of the three day weekend.

We will once again extract, embellish and transport the very best of their city centre studio offering to a beautiful forest space in the heart of the Glendalough house estate from June 16th-18th.
Join us in the forest and let yourself open from the roots through Yoga, movement and breathwork with BiBi Dallmann, Brian Malone, Charlotte King & Máirín O’Grady. Let yourself be bathed in the sounds of ancient instruments with Sonas Sounds, live ambient scores by Gareth Quinn Redmond, a Psychedelic Therapy Listening Party of Jon Hopkins & the beauty of the human voice with Maïa Nunes & Brendan Jenkinson.
Find the sacred in our all serviced by a wonderful forest tea-shop, designed by Jordan Ralph, offering a selection of carefully sourced teas, elixirs (hot choccy for the soul), a matcha ceremony with Matcha Market & The Magic of Mushrooms – a chat on adaptogens. Learn how to travel through time in meditation with Conor Creighton and find Big Love in the collective experience of gathering in sangha. Open your eyes to the intersection of nature & technology with LED artwork by Colm Weakliam and James Kirwan & floral installations by Aiva Veinberga. Stay up stargazing through midnight & be in the awe of the cosmos with an interactive guided tour of the galaxy with Galactic Ireland…
Come join us in the warmth of Bosca Beatha, Saunas, hand built in Ireland with natural Irish Materials which gives it a unique character. All the lights run on solar energy and the sauna is heated by the wood fired stove which creates a cosy authentic atmosphere.
Bosca Beatha is the original and first mobile sauna in Ireland, we’ve been touring the Irish countryside since 2012 It’s the perfect way to refresh and revitalise during your Festival days. We create a beautiful and relaxing space for you to enjoy. Massages can be booked to take place in the beautiful new woodland area. These massage slots can be booked in advance – the booking system will be up on the BTP website from next week.
