The Salty Buoy Food Truck, founded by Irish restaurateur and entrepreneur Niall Sabongi, is dropping anchor at Skerries Sailing Club for the summer.
Following some very successful weekend appearances, local residents can now indulge in the very best seasonal and sustainable seafood on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 8pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from midday to 7pm.
The menu changes daily, dishing out some of the most delectable seafood around, including Hake Kievs, Oysters and Lobster Rolls featuring delicious rolls by the Rock Bakery in Skerries!
The Skerries Sailing Club also offers a ground floor bar to the public so this summer there’s no better place to kick back, relax, and enjoy some of the best seafood around.
